It's good value, good quality products & always a free gift which comes in handy ,I missed my head phones last time because I lost my order form , but thankyou for keeping my future husband clothed as he is in a 4XL which is hard to find clothes to fit him any where else ! & will be doing alot more business with you ,best wishes Linda Dunn ❤️

Your website isn't working. It brings up a banner saying manage cookies. Each item has a slide button which appears to only allow acceptance but there is no explanation which direction to move the slider.
There is no explanation how to reject cookies.
There is no way of removing the banner.
So I can't purchase without either phoning an expensive number or accepting cookies.

Sadly the wait for attention was long, but as soon as I was through, everything changed. Your staff (Shuhel) was very efficient, patient and kind to me, ( I am an ancient old lady, slow and slightly deaf) and made the order swift and clear to me.
He is a credit to your company. Thank you.

The man who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and pleasant, I definitely felt he dealt with my query efficiently and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company . The man’s name was STEVEN with a V he was very nice .

I spoke to Shuhel regarding
Faulty slippers. He dealt with the problem promptly and helpfully.
A replacement is on its way thanks to Shuhel.

All products of excellent quality, swift delivery. Great communication from tye company if any concerns.

Don't know if it's connected as my card details have been hacked since making my purchase and I've had to speak to my bank who have raised a fraud case as I have been charged one thousand pounds was taken from my account I had not used my card for any other phone or online purchases so am really upset about it as you can imagine it has caused me a lot of distress ,it may not be connected of course but the bank have started an enquiry. Sorry this is negative but it has really caused me problems.

What can i say, Atlas have done me proud several times in the past. Their clothing range is brilliant and better quality then some high street brands. This time they have gone beyond their selves, they had a buy 2 get 1 free on this Sunday but i had already purchased 2 items on the Friday. I mentioned this to them today, low and behold they asked me if i would like to get 1 free today as a 1 off. They honoured their promise and i got an item free. Leanne who dealt with me through the process of getting an item for free was fantastic. Her customer service skills are brilliant plus very polite and understanding. She is valued memeber of AFM

Although it was not in the latest catalogue, and I could not remember the promotion number concerned, I managed to get what I wanted and it was delivered in good state and quickly.

The goods that we have had from Atlas have always proved to be of excellent quality. However we would also have bought jeans if they had come in variable leg lengths especially 27" or 28". The jeans appear to be designed for 6ft+ guys and not those of a smaller stature.

Attempted to create an account twice. Neither time completed, the second time I left it for 24 hours, and it still twiddled.I have no idea of the quality of the product, but the website failed at the first hurdle
To their credit, AtlasForMen responded promptly, asking me to email with details of the problem. Sadly there was no email address on the website or in their response. I now wonder if they have tested the customer-facing part of their login
